1. Shaheen Afridi – 2
Shaheen Afridi is one of the PSL’s most prolific wicket-takers. In 2018, Shaheen Shah Afridi was on fire and grabbed five wickets twice. This was a spectacular inning by Afridi, which led to Qalandar’s victory over Multan Sultans, as he grabbed five wickets for only four runs in 3.4 overs.
2. Umar Gul – 1
Former Pakistan’s fast bowler Umar Gul also took five a fifer in PSL. Six wickets were taken for 24 runs in four overs of his innings. He was named player of the game and contributed to the victory against Multan Sultans.
3. Ravi Bopara – 1
Karachi Kings’ Ravi Bopara grabbed the first five-wicket haul of the PSL in 2016. He was named player of the match after achieving the highest bowling figure in PSL by claiming six wickets while conceding sixteen runs. Because of his outstanding performance, the Karachi Kings triumphed by 27 runs.
4. Shahid Afridi – 1
Lala was the second player to capture five wickets in the 2016 PSL when he had an impressive performance with the ball.
In four overs, he conceded seven runs and grabbed five wickets for Peshawar Zalmi. In the end, Zalmi defeated the Quetta Gladiators by eight wickets.
5. Muhammad Sami – 1
Sami grabbed the second five-wicket haul of the 2016 PSL season and was named the match’s most valuable player for his five wickets on eight runs in four overs.
This was the first five-wicket haul for Islamabad United, and Muhammad Sami’s only five-wicket haul in PSL play. United won that match by a significant margin.
6) Faheem Ashraf – 1
Faheem Ashraf bagged the only five-wicket haul in PSL 2019 for Islamabad United. In this match, he grabbed six wickets for 19 runs in four overs.
Faheem was one of the greatest bowlers of this season and his PSL performance astonished everyone.
7) Rashid Khan – 1
The maestro of leg spin was the only bowler to collect five wickets in the PSL 2021 season. In a match against Quetta Gladiators, he grabbed 5 wickets for 20 runs for Lahore Qalandars.
Owing to his outstanding effort, Lahore Qalandars won the match by 10 runs, and he was named the match’s most valuable player.
8) Naseem Shah – 1
Quetta Gladiators’ lone wicket-taker in PSL 2020 vs Karachi Kings was Naseem Shah, who took five.
In four overs, he grabbed five wickets for 20 runs. Thanks to his outstanding performance, Quetta Gladiators comfortably won this match.
9) Shadab Khan – 1
Shadab Khan claimed the third five-wicket haul for Islamabad United (2022). In four overs, he grabbed five wickets and allowed 28 runs. Thanks to his skill with the ball, United won the game by a significant margin.
10) Ihsanullah – 1
Ihsanullah, a fast bowler for the Multan Sultans, had a fantastic night as he delivered the quickest four-over spell in HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) history.
Ihsanullah took five wickets in four overs while allowing only 12 runs, assisting his team in bowling out Quetta Gladiators for 110.
