Pakistan Super League has unveiled the newly designed trophy for the HBL PSL season 9 2024, the event will take place at the Polo Ground.
The trophy will be uniquely unveiled by the management. The first-ever cricket match between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United is scheduled for February 17.

The trophy was unveiled today in an eye-catching and memorable ceremony at the Polo Ground by the Chair of the PCB Management Committee, in the presence of franchise owners, HBL representatives, and top cricketers.
Players and owners from every side will be present at the ceremony, along with Mohsin Naqvi, the newly elected head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and other dignitaries, according to sources.
The ceremony was scheduled to take place at the Polo Ground in the province capital, and Mohsin Naqvi, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, along with other authorities were expected to attend.
PSL 9 will get underway on February 17, 2024, at the PCB headquarters in Lahore. The league’s two-time winners and reigning champions, Lahore Qalandars, will face Islamabad United, the winners of the 2016 and 2018 editions. The main event will be held in four cities: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. On March 18, the National Bank Stadium in Karachi will host the six-team tournament’s final.
Karachi will host 11 matches total—two eliminators, the final, and a qualifier—during the 34-match T20 competition. Fans in Multan, the city of saints, will see five matches, while Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi will each stage nine matches.
